Chris Denina has competed in variety of athletics including: basketball, track & field, swimming, and boxing. He has always had a passion in fitness and well-being which lead him to pursue his career as a Personal Trainer. He recently graduated from the National Personal Training Institute, where he studied a wide variety of Corrective/ Functional exercise techniques to improve muscular dysfunctions and postural deficiencies, as well as high intensity style training. Chris also has experience with bodybuilding and boxing training. He currently competes in National level Men’s Physique Competitions.
